How to place my order?
Select any item on the site. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, click the ADD TO CART button. You will then be prompted to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. If you are ready click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT and you will be taken to your SHOPPING BAG page. Make sure you take the time to review the items in your basket. Enter your shipping address. Please check your delivery information carefully as this will be the address we ship your parcel to. Please ensure that your billing address is correct. If incorrect, your order will be canceled. Once you are happy, click the PROCEED TO PAYMENT button. Once you're ready and if you are to our terms and conditions and privacy policy, click the PLACE ORDER button. Please note that once this button is clicked your order will be placed and cannot now be amended. You will be able to check your order, delivery and billing address summary at any point at the checkout and if you are unsure at any point in the check-out we would encourage you to review your order. You will shortly be sent a order confirmation email. For Mascot Costume Rentals we require a $200 damage deposit at the time of online order. This will be refunded upon the return of the undamaged costume.Mascot Rental Damage Deposit Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the $200 damage deposit required for all mascot rentals. By renting a mascot costume, the renter agrees to the following terms:
1. Deposit Requirement
A refundable $200 damage deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit ensures the return of the mascot costume in its original condition and covers potential damage, loss, or cleaning fees.
2. Payment of Deposit
The deposit must be paid in full along with the rental fee prior to the release of the mascot costume. Accepted payment methods include credit card only.
3. Use and Care Instructions
Renters must handle the mascot costume with care and adhere to the provided use and care instructions. Outdoor use of the mascot costume is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing. The costume must not be exposed to water, extreme heat, sharp objects, or other potentially damaging conditions.
4. Inspection and Return
The mascot costume will be inspected before and after the rental period. Renters must return the costume by the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may result in additional charges.
5. Damage, Loss, or Cleaning Fees
If the mascot costume is returned with damage, excessive dirt, or missing parts, deductions will be made from the deposit to cover repair, replacement, or cleaning costs. If damages or losses exceed $200, the renter will be billed for the additional amount.
6. Refund of Deposit
The deposit will be refunded in full if the costume is returned in its original condition. Refunds will be processed within 1-7 business days after the return inspection.
7. Cancellation Policy
If the renter cancels the reservation, the deposit may be refunded or applied to a future rental, depending on the cancellation terms.
